Our plan was to have all talent an host equip with wireless omnidirectional mics. Which the sound operators can control from the booths. They will be able to lower the levels using the sound mix desk. There will be microphones above the audience on the grid to pick up the applause.
Each one of the CAM OPS will have some CANS. This will allow them to communicate to the director and FM the FM will also have CANS these will be wireless so they can move about the floor.
The sound and DVD operators wont have wireless CANS but a box where they can also communicate with the FM, Director and CAM OPS.
